Terms and Conditions:

  1. Campaign Period
    • The "Your Home, Your Gift, Your Freedom" campaign ("Campaign") runs from October 16, 2024, to December 31, 2024 ("Campaign Period").
    • Eligible participants must complete a home booking at Myra Cove and sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) by January 31, 2025 to be eligible for rewards.
  2. Eligibility
    • This Campaign is open to all new purchasers who book a unit at Myra within the Campaign Period and successfully sign their SPA by the stated date.
    • Each eligible purchaser is entitled to participate in the Campaign and select their desired gift tier during the booking stage.
  3. Gift Tiers
    • Participants in this Campaign will be eligible to select a gift from one of three tiers based on the following structure:
      • Tier 1 (3 winners):
        • Dreame Robot Vacuum Cleaner
        • KitchenAid Mixer
        • Zeus Storm Bike
        • Trak Racer Simulator Cockpit
      • Tier 2 (5 winners):
        • Basic Acoustic - Electric Carbon Fiber Audio Guitar

      • Tier 3 (remaining homebuyers):

  4. Gift Selection and Lucky Draw
    • “Gift Selection” takes place at the time of booking, where homebuyers can choose their desired gift for each respective tier.
    • On February 7, 2025, a lucky draw will be conducted to identify Tier 1 and Tier 2 winners, where 8 winners will have the chance to upgrade their prizes.
    • Should there be a need for the lucky draw session to be rescheduled, participants will be informed in advance by a Myra representative;
    • Each participant is entitled to participate only one chance in the lucky draw to win an upgrade.
    • All Tier 3 winners need not be present for the Lucky Draw in order to be eligible to redeem their prizes.
  5. Prize Availability
    • All prizes listed in the Campaign are subject to availability. In the event of any shortage or unavailability of a listed prize, Myra reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of comparable value.
    • Participants will be notified in advance should any substitutions be required.
  6. Announcement of Winners
    • The lucky draw for Tier 1 and Tier 2 gifts will be held on February 7, 2025, and winners will be announced via Myra’s official social media platforms (or equivalent) and notified via direct messages.
    • The winners will also be contacted via phone or email.
    • Winners of the lucky draw have the flexibility to choose any prize from their eligible tier or a lower tier. However, only one prize can be selected and redeemed per winner.
  7. Collection of Prizes
    • Prizes can be collected in person at the Myra Cove Sales Gallery on February 28, 2025.
    • Winners are required to present valid identification and proof of their purchase to claim their prize.
    • If a winner is unable to collect their prize on the specified date, arrangements must be made in advance with Myra’s management team.
  8. General Terms
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Myra reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value at its discretion, if necessary.
    • Myra shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the winners in connection with the prizes.
    • Participants in this Campaign agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Disqualification
    • Myra reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the Campaign’s eligibility criteria or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  10. Amendments
    • Myra reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
